About.

I believe design is not about producing more objects, nor about finding quick solutions. Design has become a form of enquiry, of power, and of agency. For good or bad, all design is social. If what we create has an inevitable impact on people, communities, and the planet, then our responsibility as practitioners is immense.

My work operates at the intersection of curation, education, and material research. I am not interested in providing clear answers, but in creating powerful sensorial experiences that open themselves to many related themes.

My background.

I was born in Genk, Belgium, and my initial training was in Product Design at the Media & Design Academy. But I soon understood that design could not be limited to the shape of objects; it had to address its impact on society. For this reason, I have dedicated my career to working as a curator of design, architecture, and contemporary art, using these disciplines as tools for research and transformation.

My cv.

The following CV traces a career dedicated to placing design at the service of social and ecological transformation. From founding curatorial platforms to leading bioregional laboratories, these roles reflect a continuous effort to rethink the agency of design in the world.
